A note from Tiago: 

As many of you know, I love soccer and have been playing for, well my whole life. Last year I tried out for and made the Olympic Development (ODP) team for Eastern Pennsylvania. Last spring with ODP, I was able to travel to Scotland to train, play and watch professional soccer. That was so amazing! The things I learned and saw, I will have those memories forever! 

In June 2023, my club team (Keystone FC) traveled to Florida to play in the Premier Super Copa (an invite only tournament). We played against some of the top teams in the country. We won some, we lost some, but overall we learned and I definitely had fun! I was able to show myself, my team and others, what I can do as a goalkeeper. While on this trip, I received an email from ODP. I was chosen to represent Pa as a top player/ goalkeeper and try out for a regional spot (which could lead to a national spot). My mom and I went to Connecticut for the tryouts, unfortunately our time was cut short because of excessive rain and I did not make the team. I am young, strong and determined to grab that regional/national spot this year. 

My next adventure is Thanksgiving weekend. I will be playing in Goalkeeper Wars, Inc tournament. 

After that I have a team tournament in Vegas in January. We will play more top teams from around the US. 

To follow that trip, I will be traveling back to Europe in March with ODP! This time, to Manchester, England!!!
